MannaE Alteration and Return Policy

It is our priority to ensure you are happy with your merchandise.  We take pride in the way you look and for this reason we spend extra time quality checking our items before they are shipped to you.   Please notify us within 15 days of the receipt date, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

We pride ourselves in the skill of our master tailors and artisans and their craftsmanship.  If you follow the simple measurement guidelines provided, you should achieve an ideal fit.  However, in the case the items do not achieve the ideal fit, we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

Suit Alteration Process:

We ask that you use your local tailor to perform the necessary alterations.

Mannae will provide up to $75 (USD) towards necessary alterations or $100 (USD) credit toward your next purchase on MannaEstore.com (to be used in a single order).

To assist in the alteration process, we ask that you obtain an updated set of measurement during your consultation with your local tailor. Please ask for and provide us with, corrected measurement(s) for any area that does not achieve the ideal fit.

  1. Bring your item(s) to your local tailor for alterations.
  2. Please use the measurement guide to document your updated measurements. Measurement guidelines
  3. Save your receipt and updated measurements.
  4. Email a copy of your receipt, updated measurements and order number to Sales@MannaEstore.com within 20 days of alterations.
  5. Update your member profile for simple and easy future orders.
  6. MannaE will reimburse you up to $75 towards alterations or provide you $100 credit toward your next purchase on MannaEstore.com (to be used in a single order), according to your preference.

Suit Remake:

If a tailor deems the garment to be unalterable, MannaE will remake the item free of charge.

Please note that MannaE will not provide a remake of garments for customization changes. MannaE will only remake a garment once. In the event items are out of stock, an alternative choice of fabric and lining may be suggested during the remake process.

  2. Contact Sales@MannaEstore.com with the updated measurements and order number.
  3. MannaE will begin the process to approve the remake. If approved, we will provide you the necessary remake paperwork and shipment label (free of charge within the US).**
  4. Update your member profile for simple and easy future orders.
  5. Within 10 days of receiving the remade suit, return the original garments and provided return documents.  Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of the remade garment, if the original is not returned.

Suit Returns:

Due to the customized nature of the garments, we do not offer refunds. We will make arrangements to optimize the fit through our alteration or remake agreements.

Hat Alteration Process:

If the fitment of the hat is not as expected or damaged during transit, MannaE will resize or remake the hat to achieve the ideal fit. Please note that MannaE will not provide a remake of a hat for customization changes and MannaE will only remake a hat once.

  1. Contact Sales@MannaEstore.com with your updated hat measurement and order number.
  2. MannaE will begin the process to approve the remake/resizing. If approved, we will provide you the necessary remake/resize paperwork and shipment label (free of charge within the US).**
  3. Within 3 days of receiving the shipment label, please return hat(s) to MannaE at the provided address.

Hat Returns:

Due to the customized nature of the hats, we do not offer refunds. We will make arrangements to optimize the fit by remaking or resizing of the hat.

Accessories Exchange Policy:

We take pride in the way you look and for this reason we spend extra time quality checking our items before they are shipped to you. If your accessory purchase does not match your order or shows a sign of defect, please notify MannaE within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please note that MannaE will not provide an exchange for items that are worn, washed or altered in anyway. MannaE will only provide an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. (If lesser value, a store credit will be provided for the difference).

To submit an accessory for exchange or store credit,

  1. Contact Sales@MannaEstore.com with your request for an exchange or store credit.
  2. MannaE will begin the process to approve the exchange/store credit. If approved, we will provide you the necessary paperwork and shipment label (free of charge within the US).**
  3. Within 3 days of receiving the shipment label, please return to MannaE at the provided address.

 

**Shipping: As a one-time courtesy MannaE will cover the shipping charges to remake/resize merchandise within the US. For international orders you will be responsible for the cost of  shipping and associated custom fees. Please be certain to obtain a tracking number when you ship items back to us. MannaE will not be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit.
